Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously enhance product development strategies.
- Oversee the entire product development life cycle to rollout new product and services.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative products and services in a timely manner, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review product related documents periodically and as and when required.
- Manage inquiries and requests for specifications/documents related to product.
- Assist in completing product due diligence related tasks.
- Assist in preparing reporting for related organization and award submission
- Assist with gathering data and research to support various levels of product development and management process and problem-solving.

Requirements
- Minimum degree holder from a recognized University.
- Fresh graduate with Islamic finance major or candidate with 1-2 years of experience in financial industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for investing, managing and monitoring the investment portfolios with the objective of achieving investment objective in compliance with mandates and manageable risk tolerance.
- To manage equity funds, equity portion of mixed funds, and any other funds as assigned by Head of Investment in order to meet investment objective as per respective investment mandates.
- To carry out rebalance trades for quantitative based funds when required.
- To undertake research on companies and sectors in order to assist Investment Department in deciding investment strategy and making investment decisions including on IPO companies.
- To participate in organized visits as part of data gathering process in order to produce meaningful and up-to-date research materials.
- To ensure all orders to brokers are placed, monitored and executed in line with the fund’s strategy/mandate.
- To undertake the role of a backup fund manager in the absence of designated fund manager.
- To occasionally assist in the functions of cash management that include tracking the portfolios’ cash flows, executing money market placement and keeping track of portfolios’ maturities, reinvestment and other money market related activities.
- To assist in regular marketing and investment presentation for both internal and external consumptions.
- To always ensure compliance adherence.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Head of Investment and Company Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in equity fund manager and/or handle the private mandate in a fund management company
- Possess CMSRL license (Module 9 & 10) and qualified as licensed fund manager by the Securities Commission
- A recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Investment Banking or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA/CFP or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of the asset management and unit trust industry including investment and economic analysis
- Good writing skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide support and assistance to Head of Compliance and Compliance Department in the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) related matters.
- Perform review and investigation on systematic AML/CFT alerts generated from the transaction monitoring system and to determine if transactions occurring are valid AML/CFT risks.
- Responsible to monitor, investigate and advice concerned parties by establishing clear accountabilities, roles and responsibilities in regard to AML/CFT related matters.
- Prepare and provide report to Senior Management and Board of Directors on the AML/CFT related matters.
- Prepare regulatory reporting on the AML/CFT related matters.
- Responsible to review the KYC/CDD/EDD on new customers and during periodic account reviews. Work with business units to resolve account opening issues, obtain necessary information during investigations and perform on going reviews of the KYC/customer. Follow up and track all documents required to satisfy new account requirements.
- Review, update and implement the company’s AML/CFT guidelines, policies, manuals, procedures, systems and control mechanisms in line with current compliance regulations and best practices.
- Assist in AML/CFT system enhancement and/or any AML/CFT related project.
- Prepare, develop and conduct the annual trainings on the AML/CFT related matters and to ensure all staffs aware and compliance to relevant laws, regulation and guideline in particular AML/CFT, KYC, PDPA, CRS and sanctions.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience in Compliance, Finance or the Capital Market is required.
- Extensive regulatory knowledge (AML/CFT, CRS, PDPA, KYC guidelines, etc).
- Experience in background check such as AML/CFT screening, KYC/CDD, applications.
- Some experiences in Unit Trust will be an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in relevant laws, regulations, directives and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities such as Securities Commission and FIMM.
- Good command in spoken and written in English and Malay.
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issues.

Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible to achieve sales targets and manage Institutional corporate and business activities.
- Planning the sales and marketing with all the business partners for Retails/Corporate clients and achieved given total sales target.
- Responsible to BIMB Investment’s relationship products, with corporate and institutional clients and Cold call/prospecting targeting potential corporate cash management customers.

- Prepare / perform proposal for investment or cash management solution based on the initial findings of client needs

- Ensure completeness of the necessary documents for registration and set up for implementation of solutions.

Requirements:
